ChatFlex is a user-friendly AI chatbot builder. It trains ChatGPT on your data and allows you to add a chat widget to your website. Simply upload a document or add a website link, and your chatbot will be able to answer questions about your website.
Can I customize my chatbot?
Absolutely! You have full control over your chatbot. You can edit the base prompt, give it a name, add personality traits, and provide instructions on how to answer questions. For example, you can make it respond only in French if you prefer.
What should my data look like?
You can upload various file formats such as PDF, TXT, DOC, DOCX. You can also paste text directly or provide a link to your website for scraping.
How can I add my chatbot to my website?
Adding the chatbot to your website is easy. You can embed an iframe or place a chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your website. Simply create your chatbot, click "Embed on website," and follow the instructions. Additionally, our API allows you to communicate with your chatbot from anywhere.
Where is my data stored?
